I’ve suddenly started to get really bad horizontal lines on the print surface of all my models. They are well supported and the same files print perfect on our other printer, The tray is in good condition etc. Any ideas?

Its seems that your mirror and Galvo mirror need a cleaning. My suggestion us to contact with the support and they will happily assist you with manual and free cleaning kit.
