After a lot of search and research. I haven’t found any information that points out to a current error on my Fuse 1.
I have already contacted support with this issue, but now asking to the community.
As suggested by support tests were conducted, with and without filter being the pressure a little higher without the filter, the filter is brand new, and maintenance was conducted recently by our local dealer.
Our local dealer states that this is not an issue at all and that the machine can operate normally even with this issue present.
We are about to run production of 800 parts so I want to be sure no issues will arise during this upcoming project.
Id double check and make sure the intake filter was changed. When I had this error I vacuumed off the intake filter and that solved it, then changed out the filter.
I changed the filter myself, it’s brand new. I conducted all the cleaning including the exhaust line using a super large brush and a lot of laurolactam was removed.
I have the same issue. The pressure error was present after vacuuming and blowing out the dust from the filter, even though I had removed the filter. The print came out with no issue with the error presented. It seems to me it might be the sensor damaged.
Did anyone at formlabs or reseller offered a solution for this? This machine has more than 1000 hours and almost half of it has been running this way with “no issues” . Do you have any idea of which sensor is faulty?
Hi all - thanks so much for sharing your situations here and we’re sorry it’s happening. We’ve been discussing this error issue across our Engineering and Services teammates and they’ve asked if both @Mario_Martinez and @Rosco_ME can open a Support Case so that they can learn more unique specifics about your printers in hopes to solve this quickly. Thanks for your patience!
