Adhesive tape thickness on nylon SLS parts?

Greetings!
I need to stick some sub-components to my nylon housing printed with SLS (fuse 1).
What would be the minimum thickness of tape I could use?

In my past projects using nylon printed on HP multi jet fusion, I had to use at least 0.25 mm thick double sided tape, anything thinner would not hold. I suspected thinner tape didn’t hold well because the textured surface effectively reduced the bonding surface area because the thin tape couldn’t fill in all the tiny peaks and valleys.

I´ve tried that on sls parts done in Nylon 12 GF and no dice. You need a big surface for it to stick to it. The smaller the surface, the worse adhesion you will have.
