Just wandering if anyone on here has been printing in Nylon 11 CF and/or TPU powder?
Looking for experiences and success doing so etc.

We do not print with TPU ourselves, but we have a partner who prints the Formlabs TPU with the Fuse. So I can’t say anything about the success rate or the printing itself, but I can say something about the parts.
The surface is much rougher than that of PA12. The TPU is really very flexible.
Thinner wall thicknesses are absolutely to be avoided. While you can easily print 1mm or 0.8mm thick walls with PA12, these wall thicknesses are not usable with TPU. For successful prints, the wall thickness should not be less than 2mm.
Previous parts gave the impression of being significantly weaker in the Z direction, which means that the construction direction should be taken into account.
Took some trial and error but I am pretty consistent running Nylon 12 GF at a 70% refresh rate after Formlabs addressed it mainly in the firmware over the first year… Was just curiuos on anyone running TPU or CF consistently as a primary powder type and any luck or similiar initial issues running it and refresh rates. I am sure it prints but wandering how it does running 24/7, 5 days a week versus just prototyping.
