Hello, I am currently experiencing issues with my print accuracy in the x and y directions after cleaning the mirrors. I made my own test print to check and it gives me a general idea but wanted to know if anybody has had success with adjusting this and if so what test print did you use? Thanks
@Finger I would suggest cleaning all of the mirrors again. Sometimes there are streaks that you can’t see very well. Typically, a second cleaning does the trick. Did you clean just the Galvo Mirror, or did you clean the Main Mirror as well? I’d also take a look at cleaning the underside of the Optical Window.
The print quality is good, the problem is with dimensional accuracy. For example my x dimensions are longer in my model. Unless do you still think cleaning it again would fix it?
@Finger Cleaning again could help. I would do a second cleaning. Please let me know if that doesn’t resolve your accuracy issue. The next step would most likely be to open a support case so we can try to dig deeper into what’s going on.
