Even though we’ve removed the white powder, we’re still experiencing tearing problems. We need to fix this quickly. We print for 2 days and then we experience this problem.

Have you switched powders recently?
- If yes, was everything thoroughly cleaned and cleared of any debris?

When creating a case, please mention the result of the steps above, your printer’s serial name, and also whether you have performed a Bed Temperature Offset calibration.
