Hi guys & gals,
I’m trying to order a Form 2, and I have successfully logged in & put the items in my cart. But when I try to checkout, the website keeps asking me to enter my state (MA). I’ve entered it and clicked in a new cel to make sure it’s there, but when I click to continue, it clears my state and asks me to enter again. Anyone else seeing this?

dh, are you still having this issue? What internet browser are you using?

I actually just ordered over the phone. I am using Chrome. I have/had 2 email addresses on file, and Aviel thinks maybe this had something to do with it. They were both MA addresses, if that matters.
