How about a picture-book webpage you could look through after you have a failed print. It would have one of everything featured, and you would find the one that looks the most like your problem. Then you could click it for an explanation and a matching test print.

Then people would complain that their failed print doesn’t match the failed print in the picture. There is always something to complain about
