I have read through some posts but the issue not quite the same. My printer has been dispensing resin no problem, but it for some reason struggles to dispense Tough 1500 V2.
I have bought 3 bottles, 2 of the three had this issue. To troubleshoot I did the following:
Checked for any debris lodged at the the resin dispenser - seems clean
Remove the valve, cleaned it out, replaced it.
Vent cap is open for sure.
I have been able to print with Standard and Elastic resin and have not noticed the same error. It is not the “resin is dispensing slowly” error… it the one one about the cartridge being faulty.
This could be due to the cartridge bite valve swelling. We’ve updated the guide on using Tough 1500 Resin to provide a model file for a shim that you can print out to mitigate this. This shim has proven to be a useful fix while our team is testing a permanent solution.

My dispensing problems were remedied by installing their shim which I printed in Grey V5. It’s footprint is too large to my liking as it snagged the enclosure when I was swapping bottles and broke off a piece. I’m redesigning it to keep the latches/barbs, etc. but reducing the overhang to reduce snagging issue.
