Tough 1500, model separated from supports and distorted

I printed two 5-mm thick plates

This is how they were designed

And this came out of the printer

Any suggestions how to avoid the issue?

More/bigger supports at the bottom so they don’t detach. And/or tilt the part is a secondary axis as well
