The Form3+ has been standing around unused for a few months. Now I wanted to start it up again. After a while, an error message appeared on the display. The initialisation had failed. I was able to select ‘dismiss’. However, the printer only responded to my input after about a minute. It continued to show this behaviour. I started a firmware update and even then the printer took a very long time to respond to my input on the touchscreen. After the update, the error message again said that initialisation had failed. The next step was to reset to the factory settings. Now I have to work my way through the individual steps, but the printer still only responds to my touchscreen inputs after a minute.

What could be the reason for this? What can I do?
