Half the time this tool just does nothing. What am I missing here? Brushing over them (yes I’m holding the mouse button when brushing) doesn’t highlight the touchpoints and pressing backspace (or even delete) does nothing either. Then other times it will just randomly work again.
Thanks for flagging! This looks like a bug. For our team to investigate, could you please let us know what PreForm you’re using and whether you used the slicer slider (the tool that lets you view the part being built layer by layer) before trying to use the Select &Edit Supports feature?
I’ve noticed this occasionally as well.
Having checked with our PreForm team, there was a bug causing the support brush to malfunction after the slicer slider was used. This bug has been fixed in the meantime. We’re sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for flagging!
If you still encounter this issue after updating to the latest firmware, please let us know.
