Stuck - Can't get past Mixer error

What a bummer…just got my Form 3…set it up following all of the instructions. Leveled perfectly. New firmware…detects both my new tank and resin cartridge…and during the walk up to my first print, I cannot get past this screen…no matter what I do (and yes…I have oriented the mixer correctly). The mixer successfully slides all the way right then back to home before this error screen appears:

I would be grateful for any help here.

Press ignore for the first time, I had the same error and just ignoring it seemed to fix it as the second time this error didn’t occur.
