Its pretty clear that something is wrong with the final print from the pictures, This likely has something to do with the ultra-high resolution of the STL I exported form SolidWorks - it did need ‘repair’ when I loaded it into PreForm. thankfully I saved the PreForm file right after sending the job to the printer, so I can inspect it to see what went wrong. the model looks completely right until I scroll through the layers where I can see completely filled layers on my part. Those filled layers do not display at being full when on any other layers…
