I’ve had quite a while with no problems out of my Form 3, but last night I had a failed print. At the same time a squeak noise has developed in the printer. It happens just as the LPU finishes a sweep and is about to slide back to the start/left position.
Several months ago I lubed the LPU positioning screw and the platform positioning screw.
Am I forgetting something to lube?
This squeak does not happen outside of a print job. It has not occurred early in the print, either. It seems to take about 20-100 layers to start up. Also does not occur if I simply go into the positioning mode where I manually move the LPU or platform around.
