I am having some problems getting consistent print results. The parts I am printing are round with cutouts and passages to allow other parts to be installed. The parts are being printed flat (basically one end of the cylinder parallel to the build platform) and not on an angle (to try and minimize the sanding/cleanup I have to do). What is happening on some parts is that some features come out oval instead of round. The dimensions of the prints are also varying (no I do not have any measurements). I printed a couple parts to start and they seemed fine. Then I loaded the build platform with as many as I could fit (22 pieces). Some of the parts print ok or ok enough that my other parts install without problems others are slightly oval and are dimensionally bigger. I have only been using the Form 1+ for about 3 weeks and any suggestions on how I can improve things would be greatly appreciated.
