Resin pooling in corner of tank but sensor says unit is level

I’ve levelled my machine according to the unit’s levelling feature but when I do that I can clearly see the resin is pooling towards the front. It’s very noticeable. My prints had been getting progressively worse. Pieces missing, then gritty textures etc. I replaced the tank, new resin, made sure the window was clean. I didn’t expect the levelling was off until I moved the unit to another room. In my last attempt nothing adhered to the build platform.

I’ve been on a long email thread with support but when I told him of my last failed endeavour he said my laser was no longer powerful enough and the machine was irreparable - buy a new one. I find that really hard to believe. I must have used 5 or 6 litres over a 4 year period - you could barely even classify its usage as hobbyist.

Is there a way to reset the levels? I did a factory reset but that didn’t seem to do much as I was expecting to have to reinstall the latest firmware and it was already up to date.

Thank you!
