Received a replacement for the Touch Pad on my newest Form 2 that went bad, from FormLabs Tech Support. Fast response on this
Anyway, took me 15 minutes to change it out and I was up and running.
Also got a replacement Front Control Panel for the Form Wash. It has been intermittent from early on. My contact with Tech Support back then wasn’t a good experience but these days I’m finding a much more professional crew on board and quick to respond to problems.
I’ll wait until the next time I change out the IPA and replace that then.
