Both the print shifting as well as the noise would both have the same root cause, being a contaminated or under-lubricated X-axis lead screw causing the X-axis to stall. I would suggest getting in touch with our Support Team, and they can provide you with a cleaning kit to take care of the issue.
in addition to the lead screw cleaning device, goto the dollar store and get a few denture brushes, they’ll help getting the cleaning process going.
