Print always ends when supports are starting

Dear community
We have a Formlabs 1+. When we start to print, then it always prints the foundation plate. However, printing stopps at the point where the supports are starting to be built up (see pictures).

We tried with several models and its always the same. Does anybody have an advice for us how we can get this thing running? Every help would be greatly appreciated!

You probably need to clean the mirrors, in general with a Form1/1+ printer you need to clean the mirrors every 6 months
