In the Preform requirement specifications this is what we read:
Windows 7 and up
Mac OS X 10.7 and up
OpenGL 2.1
2GB RAM
But this is far for complete. Preform will simply not install on a Windows 7/32 bit system. Please be honest about this.

Hmm, it looks like that page didn’t get updated when we shipped 2.17.0. Sorry about that. It should have been. I’ll see if I can figure out what happened.
If you’re on a 32-bit Windows system, you can still download PreForm 2.16.0 (the last 32-bit version) from here.
