Hello all!

Lovin my Form 1+… it has already made all of my Christmas presents!

Curious, if there were a feature in PreForm which could export an animation of the section slider / build process. My prints look very nice inside of the PreForm software and many times I make a screen shot of the object, or of the section. If PreForm could animate the steps of the section that would be very useful!

Animate option
export as jpg, png, mov or … looped gif pretty please
able to hide / show the build area / axis / labels
choose individual layer, all layers, or a ratio like 1/5 layers or 1/20 layers, etc.
control image size

Looking for this feature as well. The current workaround is to use OBS to capture the screen while I move the slider by hand.

Thank you for your input regarding this feature request! I’ve passed your feedback along to the team, and I agree that this type of animation export would be a handy feature for PreForm to include.

Could be just a button to smoothly animate the slider and loop it back. This would be a great first step since I can then record screen as needed. Right now I don’t get a smooth step, as I have to use my mouse and try to keep it steady as I move the slider.
