As Henry mentioned in another thread, this is indeed a rare occurrence that seems to be triggered by factors like physical screen degradation, debris, or powder on the display - so cleaning the touchscreen is a good measure to prevent this.
An upcoming future firmware is also planned to introduce a further guardrail, through a check that blocks the printer from priming unless it detects that the build chamber and plug has been removed and reseated since the last print. Thanks for your patience while we get this out to you!
