The orange lid/cover does not close properly on one side and there is gap

Replacement of the cover. Hopefully under warranty.
If not, looks like a repair of the cover using an Acrylic solvent glue like MEK would be fairly straightforward - take the cover off, clamp the gapped area so it’s closed up tight, let a little solvent wick in to the seam using the solvent’s applicator, wait 24 hours, done.
Contact support, they will take care of you.
