Does anyone now why my orange cover is cracking on all four corners of the cover. I haven’t cleaned it with anything. Is there anyway I can get a replacement orange cover from formlabs?

Mine is too. Mine is showing similar cracks along the radiuses though, not at the glue joint.
When did yours start to crack?
This cracking is called “crazing” and is caused when resin comes in contact with the acrylic cover. Crazing in this area is generally caused from people opening and shutting the cover while resin is present on their gloves. It should not effect the light blocking nature of the cover.
