Just revived my new Form 2
Plugged in the power but it will not turn on.
I have sent a ticket but maybe there is something I can do??
Any help would be great
Yikes, hopefully this is just a matter of the plug not seating correctly. You might unplug the machine until a member of our support team gets back to you. If there is an issue with the internal components, unplugging the machine will prevent further damage.
