Is it a refurbished machine or brand new? Either way i would check with support regarding the chamber not being detected.
Edit: Missed the headline “New Fuse1+ 30W” So disregard my question. Check the connector so that you really hear the click when inserting the buildchamber. Reach out to support if it does not connect properly.
Thanks for your answer. Machine is a brand new one. PreForm Shows the serial name correctly but Building chamber missing. Connector clickt in OK. Pins all looking good.
I think you’re on to something with the OMM confirmation being the problem. IIRC every build chamber typically needs to have a material assigned before using it.
You might be stuck until you either scan a powder credit card or activate the OMM.
Congrats on your new Fuse! Sorry to hear you haven’t been able to start your first print yet. Regarding the build chamber not being detected, please see this support article. I suggest you carry out a firmware update and re-start the printer.
Regarding the hopper level message, did you fill the hopper already (with any material)?
In any case, if you don’t succeed after the firmware update, I’d suggest youreach out to our Support team by opening a case. Please provide your printer’s serial name and any information or pictures that could be helpful to troubleshooting.
You can also check out our onboarding series and support videos on YouTube.
However, build chamber detection should not be affected by this. I can see you’ve managed to start your first print, but if you’re having issues with detection again, please reach out again!
