is there anyone has this problem? my printed model is broken from the base. it seems like there is a gap where can’t establish anything, but the gap was not always in the same spot
Hmmm…it’s a little difficult to tell what you’re looking at from the photos. If you’re seeing repeated failures, you should certainly write into our support team at support@formlabs.com. They’ll work with you closely in seeing we can get that to print correctly, as well as run your machine through some initial diagnostics to verify that something greater isn’t amiss.
thanks, i did ask the question on 4/2 and the support team didn’t give me any feedback. and i submit a new ticket and they just move my new ticket to previous ticket without answering my question. could you please help me? it seems no one wanna help me.
