We recently started to use our brand new Form 2 printer.
First attempt we printed some samples for our work but we got some troubles which I would like to discuss with you guys.
- First problem we had were these lines on our print surface which was not present in our design.
- Second problem was that our sample didn’t got a smooth surface on support side of the print.
- and the other problem was that print did also change some on our design measurements like in above picture which it didn’t show up circle as we designed it.
I might need to mention that we used 100 micron for layers in this sample and it was not placed parallel to the platform and resin tank.
