Hi all,
I’m looking for a resin recommendation for a very small slide-in snap-fit design that needs to be:
- Flexible and not brittle (something in the ballpark of Siraya Tech Blu Tough)
- Highly resistant to mechanical wear or scraping
- Capable of printing very thin features (0.2-0.3mm) without cracking or breaking
Blu Tough has worked well for flexibility, but it wears down too quickly at the contact points. I’m hoping to find something that offers similar flexibility with better long-term wear resistance.
I’m currently using Elegoo and Anycubic MSLA printers, so ideally the resin should be compatible with 405nm LCD printers. I realize this may limit options but I’m open to testing alternatives, even if they’re not a perfect fit for my machine. Any recommended print settings for a Elegoo Saturn 4, Mars 3 pro, or Anycubic M5s would be very helpful!
Thanks in advance!
