Is this normal? Heard sloshing liquid inside my new flex build platform for the form 4
@Kemolagger It is not normal to have the sloshing liquid inside the build platform. Most likely, there is some IPA or other cleaning solution inside the housing. This means there is a hole somewhere letting the solution to enter. Please open a support ticket so that we can help get this resolved for you.

Thank you, I’ve heard back from sales support this morning and have sent them the requested information to move towards a resolution.
Oddly enough the liquid does not smell like IPA (or anything for that matter), and is a rust color. I opened unthreaded one of the 4 screws around the perimeter, and could hear air moving in as the pressure equalized, so can’t imagine how this liquid got in. The liquid that came out is an odorless transparent rust color. I know there is steel or some type of magnetic metal inside, which has clearly oxidized somehow. Sale support said that somewhere there must be a fracture. I’m getting a replacement sent at no cost.
