Been having some issues printing on the fuse 1, seems like the bed is not getting fully covered before lasering, ive cleaned the machine throughly a few times but the issue persists, anyone experienced anything similar?
Check your humidity levels. When this has happened to me its been either humidity and the resulting powder clumping or from running out of powder.
Probably underdosing, but hard to tell with the pics.
Take out all the remaining powder on the hopper using the empty hopper routine available on the control panel.
Inspect the hopper filter and remove any debris.
Resift all the powder you took out
Try with a new mix of powder, ensure 30% or lower humidity.
I think we need to have some follow up questions to be able to help out.
What material are you printing with?
Have you done any changes to the machine when this started to happen?
What refreshrate are you running with?
Forgive me for being ignorant, but how are you measuring the humidity of the powder and the air?
How are you measuring humidity? I’m still new to this machine.
I bought a bunch of these little guys: Amazon.com: TASOGEN 6 Pack Mini Digital Thermometer Hygrometer,Indoor Temperature and Humidity Gauge Meter Monitor Fahrenheit (℉) for Home,Greenhouse,Jars : Patio, Lawn & Garden
You can Install a dehumidifier some have a gauge integrated to measure humidity levels, or you can buy it separetely and install it on the room near to the machine I have mine at the machine door. Try having less than 30%
Yes…I am very familiar with this. Dealt with it for 6 months. Pull the back off the machine and pull the roller motor. Check the coupler on the end of motor to see if it’s loose.
Had 3-4 motor swaps with these loose couplers causing the under dosing you are seeing…before we finally swapped the entire Fuse for a new one.

@erich75987 If you’re printing with Nylon 12, remove the grate at the bottom of the hopper. This should eliminate underdosing for Nylon 12.
I also have a support article that may be helpful for you. Underdosing (SLS)
Lastly, if you continue to have issues, please feel free to contact support, and we’ll help you through the troubleshooting.
Not a solution, removing the grate allows powder to be contaminated you guys suggested this for my case months ago and even when this eliminates the underdosing, it produces tons of part defects because of contamination like hair, or debris.
The best solution is to sift powder twice, and keeping humidity low 30% or less. Also using a flowmeter for powder can help you monitor powder health in order to track the correct flow index before having underdosing, that will allow you to adjust refresh rate to the exact spot because you can work with 100% reused powder without loosing quality.
