Please use your spatula to work around the edges patiently. You’ll get it off after a couple of tries.
tweezers work great for lifting these small bits off the tank bottom
i have it out and cleaned all 
I would suggest using the flush cutters to remove parts which are flat on the build platform and many small parts on supports as well. There is a fun video demonstrating this here.
