Hi , Platform movement problem

could anyone help

The clip is very, very short, but it seems like it is hitting the right side? Could be a defective sensor.
Best to contact support.

Thank you friend for caring.

does it do this every time you start a print?

It could be that the Form 2 has lost its peel calibration.
Try unplugging the printer for 30 seconds or longer- then replugging it. This should force a full system re-initialization and the printer should re-zero the tank carrier. ( you will likely hear that same noise as it runs the carrier to the end of its throw ) but afterward it should not make that noise anymore.

If after re-initializing the problem persists- then you should contact support.

The tank has an optocoupler to detect the tank when it moves to the right. You should never hear the stepper motor skipping steps… When that happens it means it cannot sense the signal from the opto. Power cycle, Factory reset and if that doesn’t work, contact support.
