Has anyone noticed issues with warping when printing thin walls with grey resin on the Form2? I am seeing some dimensional changes in parts that have been printed and I am curious of other people are seeing similar things.
Yes, that can happen for thin parts that are large. If something has a potential for warping then I keep the supports on the print for as long as possible to help the print maintain structure.
yes - it’s not specific to the form2. Long thin straight sections are notorious for warping - thicker cross sections or the addition of a supporting web can reduce this problem.
