Hello!
I have a fuse 1 sis printer and a fuse sift, I have recently moved both the printer and sift to a new location. My fuse 1 powers up but my sift doesn’t power on at all, I tried different power cords, made sure it didn’t trip an electrical breaker but no luck. There is nothing being displayed on the LCD screen.
Any suggestions would be super helpful!
First off, if you have not reached out to support I recommend doing so and get a support ticket going. DISCLAIMER: I am not a Formlabs employee just another user of this equipment, just so you are aware of that.
If you have verified the outlet and cord, the next step will be to verify the LEDs on the motherboard and SOM. This will require that you remove the sift rear panel and enclosure cover for those components. Here is the disassembly guide from the Formlabs website. Once you have done that make a note of which LEDs if any are lit. There is a fuse on the MOBO that you can check as well. Good luck!
