Some time ago my Form2 printer machine could hold many different print jobs in memory. Now I get a max of two, automatically removing the oldest job. Was this a change or do I have another issue? The printer is up to date on software.

The only idea I have on my end is if there isn’t enough space on the printer (which may be taken up by other files besides prints) - there is no recent change we are aware of related to this since the last firmware update was in May. I would create a support case with us so we can investigate this further. Providing the SerialName can be a big help!
