Just sent in my check for the form2. Will be using it for mostly jewelry applications. Any recommendations on where to start? First type of prints? tutorials? I have been using Roland mills for about 10 years but am new to the world of 3d printing. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Thanks

Welcome!
Best bet is to look through the forums here. It is important to learn the orientation of your models to get best results and as with jewelry, there are many here that have already figured out optimal settings to get the best results. I am guessing you will be using the castable resin? If so the search that out and pay attention to the burnout schedules. If you in a bind or have questions just post a message and you should get some feedback pretty quickly. Formlabs support is really good as well but often most problems seem to be resolved on the forums faster.
Welcome to Formlabs and the Forums!
We have a new resources page that has a lot of neat White Papers and webinars as well as a new series of support videos. The support videos are a great place to get started and teach things like part orientation and support structures. The White Papers and webinars are great for going more into depth on specific topics. The Forums are also a great place to learn
I can’t emphasize the forums enough… just scour through them, read up on everyone’s issues and successes. It will better prepare you when/if something goes wrong. We also bought the support package which included a 1 hr video conference demo from a FL employee. While that was invaluable, you will learn the most from trial, error and these forums.
I can’t speak to jewelry specifically but it looks like the new page @Frew mentioned is a great resource and the videos are pretty rockin’.
Oh, you can also download Preform now and play around with importing and orienting your models, building/editing supports, etc.
mua gối hỗ trợ ở đâu vậy Kevinduhe
Hi @hoan123 Google translate doesn’t get your question exactly correct. I assume you are asking where you can buy the extra support? You can buy it straight from the Formlabs website although I would contact them first to make sure the extra support package is available in Vietnam.

Can i write vietnamese
can you help me to use open model better ?
You may write in Vietnamese, however I will be using Google Translate.
Unfortunately I do not have a Form 1/1+ and have never used Open Mode. There are plenty of people in this forum who have. Feel free to ask any questions you have directly on the forum or contact FL support for their help and guidance.
