Switched from Tough 2000 to Black V5. Changed out the hoses on the resin pump (inside hose too) and now the pump is not dispensing resin. have to manually fill the tray.

RĂ©ka from Formlabs Support here. An incorrectly installed resin pump tube may prevent resin from properly dispensing into the resin tank or stop the resin flow entirely. Please try reseating the resin pump tube following the steps in the repair guide Replacing the Resin Pumping System pump tube [EN].
If there’s no improvement, please reach out to our support team who’ll be able to help you further. Attaching a video of what is happening would be useful for them.

Is there a way from the touch screen interface to start the pump?
Hi @Lantech50 could you clarify what you mean by “start the pump”?
to make sure the pump is working and is primed to dispense resin
replaced pump inner hose (and greased), replaced outer hose to 5L jug. Prints failing due to low resin, pump is not dispensing resin.
