have an issue with one of our Form2 printers.
Starting a print the printer will shut down after a while. We never had this issue before.
Any idea?

Just so I’m 100% clear, is the printer actually power-cycling? Meaning after the shutdown, does it come back up as if you just restarted the printer?
Once it is shut down, i have to unplug and replug the printer. Then it will boot up again.
So yes we can call it kinda power-cycling.
