Form Wash says 12V but is actually 24V

On the back my Form Wash says 12V on the jack input, but comes with a 24V supply. My reading says this is normal, and that they do indeed come with a 24V supply.

I put there here mostly for search results so the next poor sod trying to figure out his wiring after disconnecting everything and trying to rematch everything isn’t alarmed.

Is there a regulatory sticker on the back (UL, FCC, CE, etc)? It should list the correct input voltage value. If it says 12V and it comes with a 24V adapter, then it’s in violation of the UL certification.

If it says 24V, then it’s OK, but the port labeling (silk screen) is wrong.
