Form wash motor jamminh problem

Today, I tried to run the form wash to post processing of printed thing. But ‘motor jammed’ message showed up on display front of formwash.

Then I disassemled form wash and know that the limit cable connected to motherboard is occurring the ploblem.

I want to know that why this problem occurred and how to fix it.
