I would like to see a repository of .form files that serve as a set of calibration files to ensure the owners printer is working correctly. These files will ensure that for different materials the user can print large models with a minimal failure rate. The parts can be made using a fresh bottle of resin on a new resin tank to determine if a printer needs service.

If you like this idea, please chime in and suggest some ideas for this repository.

FormLabs has a test print for this purpose. You could request they make that public.

That’s a good start. We can use that file with a fresh resin tank and a fresh bottle of resin to ensure that the part prints within the first 2 attempts. If it fails several times it could be used as an indicator to determine whether the printer needs to be sent in for service.
