Just got a new tank and trying to insert it… really tight on right… really loose on left? Am I doing something wrong… tried numerous times to slide it in… I goes in really hard… just cleaned optics before this…

Thank you for reaching out about your Form 3L tank. Tanks should insert with little pressure as per our Setup Guide (Inserting the Form 3L tank). I would verify the tank is even on both sides when you set it down to insert, and try a second tank if you have one.
