Form 2 Missing cartridge/ dispenser error and NAN °C error

Multiple issues with formlab 2

  • Missing cartridge error
  • NAN °C error
  • unable to factory reset

I have updated my firmware to rc 1.19.27-1337. Followed the FAQs (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TKVMVse1Is) instruction to ensure my cartridge tank is clean and the valve rubber is clear, and it is opened. I also changed to a brand new cartridge tank, however, the error still persist.

Furthermore, there is NAN °C error. Temperature unable to heat.
All these error result that my print is unable to start.

I tried to factory reset by disconnecting the cable, wait for 30 seconds. Plug in the cable and press the front buttton and hold for a min or 2, however, the factory reset prompt did not appear either.

I am in total lost, please help me.

@brylian It looks like you’ve opened a support case. This was the best way to get these issues looked at properly. Please feel free to come back and post the results.

Eh? I opened a support case from my Form2 printing issues and was told as it was no longer supported you couldn’t help? Which is it?
