The resin does not harden. Even after using a new platform, we had the same problem.
If you haven’t done so already, I encourage you to open a ticket with our support team so we can help you to troubleshoot this. Including PreForm and Firmware versions in your ticket helps us to expedite things and internally track how many users are affected by the issue.
