I just thought it should be mentioned that I had some excellent support from Melinda (support engineer)! She was very explicit in helping me in each way, and has completely solved my issue with the prrinter by telling how to check and solve issues step-by-step. As of now my prints come out perfectly.
I can only say that the support team of Formlabs take the issues seriously and are willing to help you in any way possible!
