Errors in build attaching to platform

Anyone be able to help and figure out why this is happening to my build?

The back for the platform is fine when building but as soon as you try to build something t the front it wont adhere to the build platform. almost as if its not sitting perfectly flat with the resin tank base as if there is something wrong with the offset.

It is not sitting perfectly flat. Formlabs does not calibrate to make the platform parallel to the tank. It does look like the offset is too great you can configure your z-offset in Preform to compensate. For future reference every tank is different so you may need to adjust this per tank.
