I’m sorry to hear about your printing issues! That doesn’t sound like normal printer behavior to me. Typically it should absolutely warn you, and even if the printer does run out of resin, it should still allow you to continue with a new cartridge of the same type of resin.
The best thing to do would be to talk to our support team so they can make sure you’re all squared away and that this doesn’t happen again.
