Im trying to send a print but I get error code 1065 telling me to update firmware. so I click to search for updates then I get error code 838.
How do I solve these problems please?
You can find direct download links for the latest firmware updates on the release notes page. Can you try updating your printer’s firmware through PreForm and let me know if that corrects this for you?
